Key Responsibilities
Investor Engagement:
- Build relationships with accredited investors, family offices, institutional partners, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Present and promote curated investment opportunities in sectors such as real estate, private equity, and alternative investments.
- Guide investors through decision-making processes, aligning investment opportunities with their financial goals.
Capital Raising:
- Manage and close leads generated through Distro Capital’s proprietary system.
- Leverage your existing network of investors to source additional prospects and expand reach.
- Achieve and exceed capital-raising targets across multiple offerings.
Market Representation:
- Stay informed about industry trends to position opportunities effectively.
- Represent Distro Capital at virtual and in-person industry events, client seminars, and conferences.

Requirements
Experience
- At least 4+ years of experience in investment sales, focusing on real estate investments, private placements, REITs, 1031 exchanges, or alternative investments.
- Proven success in raising capital and managing investor relationships.
Skills & Network
- Established network of accredited investors, wealth managers, and institutional partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage sales pipelines and achieve targets.
Industry Knowledge
- Expertise in real estate-backed securities, private equity structures, and alternative investments.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and a growth-oriented mindset.
